Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship across India and to select international destinations.
  • For international shipping, availability and charges vary based on location. Please contact us for details.
Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
  • Domestic Orders (India):
    ✅ Metro cities: 3-5 business days
    ✅ Other cities & rural areas: 5-7 business days
  • International Orders:
    ✅ Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges
  • Domestic Orders:
    ✅ Free shipping on orders above ₹599
    ✅ A standard shipping charge of ₹69  applies to orders below the free shipping threshold
  • International Orders:
    ✅ Shipping charges vary based on location, order weight, and courier service

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link.
  • You can track your order status on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
  • Our delivery partners will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.
  • In case of non-delivery due to customer error, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping & Customs
  • International shipments may be subject to custom duties & taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be payable at the time of delivery.
  • Bhoogol International is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
  • If you receive a damaged or missing product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
  • We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policies.
