- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders:

✅ A standard shipping charge of ₹69 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold - International Orders:

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link.
- You can track your order status on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- Our delivery partners will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your order.
- If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.
- In case of non-delivery due to customer error, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping & Customs
- International shipments may be subject to custom duties & taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be payable at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or missing product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
- We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policies.
