Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bhoogol International, we strive to provide high-quality herbal and cosmetic products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at bhoogolinternational@gmail.com with your order details.
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipment:
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (as per our return policy).
2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Defective or Damaged Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Product Received
  • If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons.
  • No refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • We do not accept refund requests for minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
3. Refund Processing Time
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be provided via bank transfer after verification.
